Senior Employee Relations Business Partner

Intercom is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to join their People team. The role has a global remit and involves shaping how the function operates, building frameworks and systems, and acting as a trusted advisor on employee relations. The successful candidate will bring confidence, ambition, and a commercial mindset to the role.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Employee Relations, HRBP, or a related role in a fast-paced, global environment
• Strong track record of managing complex, high-risk ER cases independently
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (EMEA and/or US preferred)
