Job Description
Intercom is an AI Customer Service company seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join the Team Web team. The role focuses on building and maintaining robust, performant front-end experiences and backend systems. This is a key position in shaping the future of their website, interacting with product and marketing teams across the business. Fin, the company's advanced customer service AI, is at the core of the Intercom Customer Service Suite.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in full stack development
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Experience in React, Next.js, Tailwind
- Experience in CMS platforms (like Contentful and Sanity)
- Experience in CI/CD tools (like CircleCI)
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (like Terraform)
- Knowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
