Staff Product Engineer, AI

Intercom is looking for Staff Product Engineers to join the AI Group to build AI-powered products. The team is responsible for defining new ML features, researching algorithms and technologies, and rapidly getting prototypes to customers.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience shipping high-quality products
• Strong technical fundamentals and willingness to learn
• BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline
• Previous experience in data analytics or statistical role (bonus skill)
