Staff Product Engineer, AI

We're looking for Staff Product Engineers to join the AI Group to build Intercom's AI-powered products. Product Engineers work closely with ML Scientists and product teams, and must deeply understand our product, customers, ML tech stack, and broader product stack.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience shipping high-quality products
• No ML experience required, excellent software engineering skills, and willingness to learn ML
• Strong technical fundamentals, love learning, and willingness to work hard to invest in development
• BSc in Computer Science, Maths or Statistics or related discipline
• Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (e.g. Ruby, Python, Javascript etc.)
• Strong willingness to fight for good outcomes
• Bias towards progress over perfection
