Requirements
- Active CNA/MA/PCA Certification from the State of Connecticut (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- CPR/First Aid.
- Strong communication and observation skills.
- Compassion, patience and a dedication to patient care.
- Computer literacy and typing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
