Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in 180-degree recruiting in the IT sector or in the field of sales/sales
- Knowledge or first specialization in IT recruiting
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Proactive working style and enjoyment of networking
- Goal orientation, negotiation skills, and self-initiative
- Very good German skills (C1)
