Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in 180° Recruiting in the IT sector or in the Sales / Sales area
- Knowledge or first specialization in IT recruitment
- Excellent communication and consulting skills
- Proactive working style and enjoyment of networking
- Goal-oriented, negotiation skills, and self-initiative
- Very good German knowledge (C1)
