
Job description
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for efficient and successful recruiting for multiple locations and business units in support of the company’s operational hiring needs.
Screens resumes, interviews candidates, administers assessments and reference/background checking, makes recommendations for hire, and delivers employment offers.
Requires at least five years of prior recruiting experience, ability to work with all levels of the organization, and ability to multi-task and prioritize a diversified workload.
