Job Description
We are seeking an attorney with experience in technology transactions and intellectual property matters to provide legal support to the Research & Innovation Group, Information Services Group, and Marketing and Communications Group.
Requirements
- Law degree from top-tier law school
- Current state bar membership
- Experience managing the full lifecycle of IP-related agreements (drafting, review and negotiation)
- Working knowledge of U.S. federal contracting regulations (FAR, DFARS) preferred but not required
