Legal Counsel

We are seeking a mid-level attorney to join our Legal team and support our inbound procurement activities.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience required
• Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud services, software licensing, and technology procurement principles
• Proven ability to negotiate with sophisticated counterparties and balance legal risk with business objectives
