Trimble is looking for a Legal Counsel to help navigate complex licensing, strategic sourcing, and payment processing needs while driving the company's mission to connect the physical and digital worlds.

Requirements

• 7+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on drafting and negotiating complex SaaS, payment processing, and commercial contracts
• J.D. from an accredited law school and in good standing with the bar in your state of employment
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a proven talent for translating legal complexity into clear business solutions
