Trimble is seeking a Corporate Counsel to help navigate complex global distribution and antitrust landscapes, driving our mission to connect the physical and digital worlds. As a key legal partner, you'll serve as a subject matter expert in antitrust and competition law, shaping compliance programs and strategic collaborations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of legal experience with a deep focus on commercial, distribution, and antitrust law
- Proven expert in global competition laws
- J.D. and active bar membership in Colorado (or willingness to become licensed in Colorado)
- Master of complex transactions
- Exceptional communication skills
