Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Junior Personal Assistant to provide professional administrative support to two Executives. This role requires someone proactive, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
Requirements
- A relevant degree
- Minimum of 23 years experience supporting multiple managers
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Must have own car and valid drivers license (travel allowance provided for distances over 50km)
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage changing priorities
