Job Description
interface.ai is a leading AI provider specializing in financial technology for banks and credit unions. This role of Senior Corporate Counsel is the first of its kind, directly partnering with the CEO and leading legal strategy, regulatory compliance, and day-to-day operational work. The company aims to transform the banking experience through innovative AI solutions.
Requirements
- JD or LL.B.; active bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 8â15 years combined lawâfirm and inâhouse experience
- Deep expertise in SaaS commercial contracts, employment law, data privacy (GDPR/CCPA) and corporate governance
- Handsâon experience managing outside counsel and crossâborder issues (U.S./India preferred)
