Directeur Financier

We are recruiting a Financial Director for our client, a reference player in the financial and real estate sector, based in Casablanca.

Requirements

• Lead the accounting, tax, and legal management of the structure and its subsidiaries
• Supervise the financial closings and publications
• Manage bank or bond financing operations
• Coordinate capital increase operations and related market finance processes
• Ensure financial communication with various stakeholders
• Organize and supervise Board of Directors and General Meetings
• Supervise contract negotiation processes and relationships with external partners
