The Financial Director drives the financial strategy of the institution in a highly regulated environment. He ensures financial solidity, regulatory compliance, and performance optimization, while accompanying strategic orientations and activity development.

Requirements

• Define financial strategy in collaboration with the General Management
• Supervise accounting, management control, and financial reporting
• Ensure the management of financial risks (credit, liquidity, market)
• Manage cash flow and financial flows
• Optimize costs and improve profitability
• Lead financial teams (accounting, management control, treasury, audit)
• 10-15 years of experience in finance
• Significant experience in the financial services sector (banking, insurance, fintech...)
• Experience in team management and a regulated environment
