We are recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Manager to drive end-to-end recruitment of diverse profiles for a structured player in the financial services industry.
Requirements
- Bac+5 (HR, management, business school...)
- 5 to 8 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in financial services (banking, insurance, credit, leasing) or a demanding environment with high volume
- Mastery of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing
- Ability to manage multiple recruitments in parallel (prioritization, pipeline)
- Fluent French and professional English
