Job Description
We are seeking a Call Center Agent to join our expanding commercial team, focusing on generating opportunities, conducting follow-ups, and contributing to commercial objectives through outgoing calls, CRM tools, and technical training on products.
Requirements
- Effectively manage communications with potential clients through outgoing calls
- Apply persuasion techniques, structured follow-up, and efficient use of CRM tools
- Make outgoing calls to potential clients to offer products or services
- Record all interactions in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Conduct follow-up on open commercial opportunities
- Manage and maintain up-to-date customer databases
- Meet established KPIs: number of calls, effective conversations, intakes, and CRM profiles completed with technical and contact information, lead conversion rate
