Job Description
We are looking for an Interim Managing Director for a multinational pump company in Sweden. The successful candidate will lead the sales company in the Nordic region, with a focus on building and establishing a strong sales culture.
Requirements
- Led a Swedish industrial sales company as MD/ Country Manager, Sales Director, or equivalent
- Experience of B2B sales; both direct to end customer, but also to OEMs as well as via distributors and agents
- Good people skills, pragmatic, and able to get things done
