As a Senior Social Media Manager at Intermate, you will develop cross-channel social media strategies, manage social media campaigns, and advise clients on social media marketing. You will be responsible for planning and implementing innovative social media concepts, analyzing customer and community feedback, and working closely with other departments to successfully implement integrated campaigns.

Requirements

• At least five years of professional experience in social media management
• Specialized in TikTok, with knowledge of Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Business Suite) and cross-channel strategies
• Excellent customer communication skills, with the ability to convince clients with empathetic and solution-oriented consulting
• Developed sense of current developments and trends in social media, with the ability to recognize opportunities early on and implement them creatively and goal-oriented
• High self-motivation and willingness to learn, with the ability to structure tasks independently and maintain an overview even in dynamic phases
