We are seeking a Project Manager to develop social-first strategies and manage several parallel Sprinklr projects, from kickoff to planning and resource management to live execution.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting (SaaS/Digital/B2B)
- Comprehensive experience with the Sprinklr platform, from technical depth to strategic implementation
- Proven successes in building and leading customer success initiatives, ideally in a SaaS or consulting environment
- Leadership skills and passion for mentoring and team development
- Advisory personality with strong business and tech thinking
- Ability to present complex technical topics in a clear and exciting way
- Sovereign stakeholder management – from the practitioner to the management level
- Collaborative mindset and enjoyment of cross-functional cooperation
- Innovative spirit and enthusiasm for continuous improvement
- Proficiency in German, verifiable English skills, further European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
- Willingness to travel (approximately 25% within Europe)
