Engagement & Projektmanager:in (gn) - Sprinklr Solutions

As part of SAMY, a global network of social media and creator marketing agencies, we are looking for an Engagement & Project Manager to develop and maintain long-term top customer relationships, advise on customer experience and social media topics, and steer implementation projects from planning to go-live.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, and consulting (SaaS/Digital/B2B)
• Comprehensive experience with the Sprinklr platform
• Demonstrable successes in building and leading customer success initiatives
• Leadership skills and a passion for mentoring and team development
• Collaborative mindset and joy in cross-functional collaboration
• Innovation enthusiasm and desire for continuous improvement
• Fluent German knowledge
• Negotiable English knowledge
• Further European languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
• Travel readiness (approximately 25% within Europe)
