Requirements
- Master's Degree in nursing
- 3 years of experience providing clinical outpatient services to adults and/or children with chronic mental illness
- Valid DEA Certificate
- Current Arizona RN License and licensed in the state of Arizona as a Registered Nurse Practitioner
- DPS Level I fingerprint clearance
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification
- Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance
