Requirements
- Completion of nursing training from an accredited school of nursing
- 2 years of experience working as an LPN required
- Previous experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems
- Current, active, and unrestricted license in the state of AZ as a License Practical Nurse (LPN)
- DPS Level I fingerprint clearance
- CPR, First Aid, AED certification
- Current, valid Arizona Driver’s License and 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle registration liability insurance
- Initial current negative TB test result
