
Job description
The Registered Dietitian Clinical facilitates the nutrition care process to provide individuals with quality medical nutrition therapy for common disease states and/or to promote optimal wellness. This role is full-time, 40 hours a week, with rotating weekends and holidays. The position can be hired as a Registered Dietitian Clinical or Registered Dietitian Clinical Specialist based on the selected candidate's qualifications and experience.
Completes and documents nutrition assessment, assesses and interprets nutrition-related lab values, identifies and documents nutrition diagnosis, and implements appropriate nutrition interventions. Monitors and evaluates individual nutrition outcomes and communicates nutrition expertise with healthcare providers.
This role requires a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible. The ideal candidate will have experience in clinical dietetics and be able to apply the Nutrition Care Process in multiple patient populations and/or disease types.
