
Job description
The Registered Dietitian Clinical facilitates the nutrition care process to provide individuals with quality medical nutrition therapy for common disease states and/or to promote optimal wellness. This role is PRN (as needed) with shifts M-F, rotating weekends and holidays. The position can be hired as a Registered Dietitian Clinical or Registered Dietitian Clinical Specialist based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.
Completes and documents nutrition assessment, assesses and interprets nutrition-related lab values, identifies and documents nutrition diagnosis, and implements appropriate nutrition interventions.
This role requires a Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible, completion of an ACEND accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics, and state licensure or certification in accordance with the primary state of practice requirement for Registered Dietitians.
