Job Description
Taylor Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Inside Sales / Print Estimator to join their team in Stratford, Ontario. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical printing knowledge and sales aptitude, providing accurate cost estimates while maintaining strong relationships with our local client base.
Requirements
- Estimate cost of materials, labor, and time for digital, offset, and wide-format projects
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Actively follow up on outstanding quotes to convert inquiries into production orders
- Consult with production staff to determine the most efficient manufacturing methods for specialized jobs
- Review job tickets for accuracy before releasing them to the production department
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of paper stocks, inks, and finishing options
