The Head of Nephrology Unit oversees the dialysis facility, guiding it towards high performance and reliability while adhering to regulatory requirements, medical standards, and operational oversight.
Requirements
- MB.Ch.B. or equivalent degree from a recognized University
- M.Med. or Ph.D. in Nephrology or equivalent
- Registration with the Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in Nephrology
- Previous team leadership experience in health sectors
- Previous management experience in healthcare facilities
- Scientific research titles in Nephrology or related sectors (asset)
