Job Description
The Senior Consultant is responsible for the Cath Lab, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and reporting to the Chief of Unit. The role requires outstanding clinical and teaching skills, and adherence to infection prevention and control protocols.
Requirements
- MB.Ch.B. or equivalent from a recognized University
- M.Med. in Cardiology
- Registration with the Ugandan Medical and Dental Practitioners Council
- Minimum 12 years of work experience in Cardiology
- 3 years of experience in Cath Lab in a general, regional referral or national referral hospital
- Scientific research titles in Cardiology or related sectors
