We are currently in search of a Recruiter to handle full-cycle recruiting for positions across our brand portfolio. Responsibilities include ensuring a positive interview experience for candidates, managing applicant tracking systems, and consulting with the executive team to identify organizational needs.
Requirements
- 6+ months of experience in a recruiting or human resources support role
- Competency in MS Office
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Strong professionalism, discretion, and a customer service mindset
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Superior time management and multi-tasking ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated passion for talent acquisition and significant experience identifying, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
- Ability to manage competing demands and accept constructive feedback
- Advanced-level sourcing and networking skills
