Job Description
As a Compensation Analyst, you will analyze data, research market trends, and ensure compliance with legal regulations. You will be responsible for understanding, auditing, and administering variable compensation plans, analyzing sales and commission incentive plans, and collaborating with HR and Finance to ensure effective variable compensation programs are in place to support company growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
- 2-3 years’ experience functioning as a variable compensation partner and/or administering incentive/commission plans
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel required
- Finance/Accounting and/or Auditing experience preferred
