Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field or Human Resources or Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in HR or Compensation
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
