Job Description
As a Senior Compensation Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned with organizational goals. Conduct advanced compensation analysis, job evaluations, and market research to support the hospital's compensation strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field
- 5+ years of progressively more responsible compensation administration, finance or consulting experience in large, complex organizations, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
