Associate Manager - Transaction Services (m/f/d)

We are looking for a talented Associate Manager to join our newly launched Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich and deliver projects for an exciting mix of clients including top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a start-up team within an established and successful business.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services within a Big 4 or similar environment
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed or in progress
• Solid financial analysis and accounting skills (GAAP or IFRS)
• Experience in using the latest AI tools and technologies, such as Power BI, Alteryx and related tools
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative environment.
• Well-developed communication and presentation skills combined with experience in supporting project teams and building relationships
• Entrepreneurial mindset, team player and willingness to take ownership
• Fluent in English with German at C1 level. Additional European languages are advantageous
