Job Description
Interpath is an international advisory business seeking a Manager, Transaction Services, to lead deal lifecycle engagements and manage teams in Frankfurt or Munich. The successful candidate will work closely with Managing Directors in a start-up environment and deliver projects for high-profile clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Transaction Services
- Strong track record of leading complex due diligence engagements and managing teams
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed
- Solid financial analysis and accounting skills (GAAP or IFRS)
- Experience in using the latest AI tools and technologies
- Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
