Manager, Transaction Services (m/f/d)

Interpath is an international advisory business with expertise in deals, advisory and restructuring. We are looking for a Manager to join our Transaction Services team in Frankfurt or Munich to deliver projects for top tier Private Equity and Corporate clients.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Transaction Services
• Strong track record of leading complex due diligence engagements and managing teams
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CFA or equivalent) completed
• Solid financial analysis and accounting skills (GAAP or IFRS)
• Experience in using the latest AI tools and technologies
• Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent in English with C1 level German. Other European languages are advantageous
