Job Description
Customer Service Representative III provides customer service care, interacts with customers, and maintains customer accounts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with 5+ years of customer service experience and intermediate proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Requirements
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- High level of Customer Service acumen and business acumen
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in detail
- Highly organized and excel in time management
- Intermediate proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Experience with Salesforce and Oracle, or other enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
- Able to work in a team and independently
