Job Description
IP Corporation is looking for a hands-on, safety-focused, and team-oriented Maintenance Supervisor to support and guide our Maintenance team. The role involves coordinating day-to-day maintenance operations, ensuring the reliability of equipment and systems, and helping to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years in an industrial or manufacturing maintenance environment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead technician role
- Familiarity with industrial equipment such as mixers, compressors, boilers, heaters, electrical systems and utility systems
- Experience with preventative/predictive maintenance and CMMS systems is preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations, including PSM and safe work practices
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
