Job Description
Our client, Kärcher, is a world-leading provider of cleaning technology. We are looking for a Health Manager (m/w/d) Occupational Health Center in Part-Time to lead the interdisciplinary team and steer the entire center management, including personnel and deployment planning, as well as budget responsibility.
Requirements
- Qualification: completed degree in health or sports science, health management, or a comparable qualification.
- Leadership competence: solid experience in disciplinary personnel management and moderation of interdisciplinary teams.
- Expertise: in-depth knowledge of BGM quality standards and statutory requirements.
- Method: proficiency in project management and analysis tools (e.g. risk assessment of mental burden).
