- Lead the full recruitment and hiring lifecycle
- Advise and support line managers on employee relations
- Drive and implement People & Culture projects
- Oversee talent management, development and succession planning
- Support reward, compensation and benefits decisions
- Build leadership capability through coaching, feedback and trusted partnership with senior stakeholders
