InterSources Inc is a company that provides intelligent data solutions to clients across industries and geographies. They have built products on Business Intelligence & Big Data platform and have enabled companies to use data analytics to better understand consumer behavior, identify new market opportunities, and make smart decisions. They are looking for a Content Analyst (Language Specialist) with fluency in multiple languages, customer service experience, and analytical skills.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in verbal and written in English and any one of the following languages: Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably email support experience
- Native Speaker
- Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one of the above languages
- Undergraduate Degree required
- Strong Analytical Skills
