Job Description
The interSPA Group is seeking a Hotel Director to lead a 4-star hotel in Wismar, Germany. Responsibilities include operational and economic management, team leadership, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate has hospitality industry education, management experience, and strong host qualities.
Requirements
- Completed education in the hospitality industry
- Several years of management experience in 4-star hotels (at least 20 employees)
- Well-developed host qualities, high service orientation, and quality awareness
- Friendly, exemplary, and engaging appearance, as well as high stress tolerance and a well-groomed appearance
- Self-initiative, organizational strength, and structured working methods
- Fundamentally knowledge of price strategies, relevant sales channels, and revenue management tools
- Secure handling of MS Office and common hotel systems (e.g., Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, OpenTable)
