Hoteldirektor (m/w/d)

We are looking for engaged personalities who will lead our locations with passion and professionalism as Hotel Director. The role involves overall responsibility for the operational and economic management of the hotel, leadership, and development of the hotel team.

Requirements

• Completed education in the hospitality industry
• several years of leadership experience in 4-star hotels (at least 20 employees)
• Well-developed hospitality qualities, high service orientation, and quality awareness
• Friendly, exemplary, and engaging demeanor and high stress tolerance and a well-groomed appearance
• Initiative, organizational strength, and structured work approach
• In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, relevant sales channels, and revenue management tools
• secure use of MS Office and common hotel systems (e.g. Protel, IDeaS, MEWS, TAC, OpenTable)
