Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to drive profitable existing account growth with a strategic group of customers and acquire new business within their assigned territory. The role involves identifying and qualifying new customers, educating dealers on relevant programs and products, and maintaining relationships through regular meetings and site visits.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
• Proven experience in outside sales, business development, or field-based account management
• Bachelor's degree
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop sales
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Concise and professional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
• Experience with MS Office and Excel
