This role combines Helpdesk/Frontline support with Systems & Network engineering responsibilities in a multi-region, high-pressure environment.
Requirements
- Provide first and second line support via ServiceNow
- Provision and deprovision users: onboarding/offboarding in collaboration with HR
- Maintain asset accuracy for endpoints and local equipment
- Deliver short user training, tips, and guidance on security and IS compliance
- Monitor daily operational checks and address issues proactively
- Support local events and meeting technology
- Assist with administration of on-prem and private cloud platforms and Windows/Linux servers
- Support enterprise networking components and troubleshoot connectivity issues
- Monitor and remediate infrastructure alerts
- Document configurations and changes
- Participate in project work and workstreams as assigned
