Campus Staff Minister - Central PA, Undergraduate Ministry

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship's Campus Staff Minister position is a full-time role that involves planting and building witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus on college and university campuses. The position requires a vibrant relationship with God, spiritual growth, and leadership development. The Campus Staff Minister will communicate and model InterVarsity's vision, create a culture of humble dependence on God, and lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences.

• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
• Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of your supervisors and national leaders
• Contribute to collaborative and productive team meetings and relationships
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
• Communicate regularly with your ministry partners
• Develop on-going, long-lasting partnership with alumni and volunteers
• Accomplish all other assigned tasks as appropriate
