Campus Staff Minister I - Central Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry)

Campus Staff Minister I - Central Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry) will work with students and faculty to establish witnessing communities and grow in their faith. The position involves spiritual growth, campus leadership, and organizational collaboration. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to their faith and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. They will also have the ability to raise 100% of their financial budget and develop a team of ministry partners. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus. A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
