Campus Staff Minister I - South Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry)

InterVarsity is seeking a Campus Staff Minister I to work in the South Texas Area (Undergraduate Ministry) on a part-time basis. The role involves spiritual growth, campus leadership, organizational collaboration, and ministry partnership development. The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with God, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and experience working in a college campus environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus. A minimum of an Associate's degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college
• Strong interpersonal skills (including ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities and faculty)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Familiarity with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet software
