Campus Staff Minister (CSM) at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. The CSM leads ministry in a college campus environment, building relationships with students and faculty, and developing a team of partners to advance the mission.

Requirements

• Pursue maturity as a disciple of Jesus Christ
• Communicate and model InterVarsity’s vision to see students and faculty transformed
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
• Create, develop, align and leverage ministry plans, programs, teams, and structures
• Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
• Invite, coach, and equip students and faculty to become increasingly effective participants and leaders
• Partner with and respond positively to the direction and coaching of supervisors and national leaders
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor
• Communicate regularly with ministry partners, nurturing the relationship through visits, phone calls, emails and regular prayer letters
