Campus Staff Minister (CSM) position at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA. The CSM will lead ministry in a college campus environment, communicating and modeling InterVarsity's vision to see students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed and world changers developed.

- Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, teaching, and discipleship experiences
- Set annual goals and develop ministry plans
- Mobilize students and faculty to engage their relational networks with the gospel
- Supervise Ministry Interns and Campus Ministry Interns as delegated
- Develop a team of partners who will resource the ministry financially, in prayer, or volunteer service
